What sets Amplify Your Talent’s Leadership Development programs apart from the competition?

Most companies that focus on leadership development have skilled facilitators who do a great job of delivering meaningful content. It may provide the learner with new information, give them a new perspective, validate what they already know, or even serve as a refresher. 
 
At best, that workshop, conference, boot camp, or program may create a heightened sense of self-awareness around the topics discussed. However, if it doesn't change a behavior, it’s not enough.

 

Based on multiple research studies that have been conducted over the years, we know that approximately 75% of what you learn will be forgotten within a week. Why? For learning to actually take place, participants have to apply it, practice, and then take the time to reflect on what they’ve learned. That’s how learning takes place. Learn, apply, practice, reflect.

 

In addition to the facilitator or coach, participants are held accountable by their peers and manager. After all, cohort learning is all about community and supporting those around you. A few years ago, Wendy partnered with Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) to fully customize a new program called Breakthrough Leadership.

 

The Breakthrough Leadership program focuses on helping participants become more effective in their current roles and building leadership bench strength. 

With almost 150 participants completing the program in the first year, engagement levels among participants, their managers, program sponsors, and the executive leadership team were so high, HBP decided to write a client success story

At the end of the second year, it won its first award.

 

At the end of the third year, the program won awards in three categories:
